What is Worship?
Worship is the cry of the heart of the creature for the Creator who made the world and placed us in it. God’s redemptive plan includes not only the souls of men, but the original purpose of his creation. Thus, our worship is to rise with hope and expectation to the day that Christ comes and restores the created order and our proper place within it. Until that day, Christians are called to gather together to worship God and to have God minister to our hearts and lives as his people upon the earth.
The goal of Worship at Cornerstone is to cultivate and encourage corporate worship that is relevant, heartfelt, sincere, and Gospel driven. We believe that the use of the arts, music, and technology are useful tools to present the beauty of the Gospel, as well as a way of expressing our desire to commune with and to experience the presence of God in worship.
What about my children?
Our desire is to reach children as well as adults.
A full Sunday School Program for ages 3 through adults is provided during our 10:45 AM Worship Service. We particularly recommend this Sunday School Program to adults and children. The program is solid Biblical teaching in age appropriate classes.
During our 9 AM service we provide a nursery for children through age 2.
At this service, we encourage our families to teach their children how to worship by having their children worship with them as a family. There is no better way to teach a child than by example.

During our Saturday Night service we provide a nursery for children through age 2, and Children’s Worship for 3 to 5 year olds.
These children will be dismissed from the Worship Service just before the Sermon. Their parents may then pick them up after the Worship Service.
(Please note that the activities for these children will be age appropriate. i.e. Younger children are not able to participate, and children 6 years and older will find it too young for them.)
